Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mustard seeds soaked into water overnight, drained
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and process to obtain a creamy mixture.
