Tropical Pineapple Carrot Smoothie Popsicles

  • 2 carrots roughly chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juice only
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Evenly pour into popsicle molds, freeze and serve.
